Mary McCormack is an American actress who is known for her lead role in the TV show 'Murder One', 'The West Wing', 'In Plain Sight', and 'Loaded'. Alongside her television performances, she has been recognized for her movie roles like Private Parts, Deep Impact,?True Crime? and?"1408". McCormack, who was born in a house that had no connection to entertainment whatsoever in her family tree is the daughter of a clinical therapy professional and the owner of an Ice Cream Parlor. In the wake of separation from her parents, McCormack went to Trinity College Hartford, Connecticut. In 1990, after finishing her studies at Wardlaw-Hartridge School with a BA in English, she was awarded a degree. The career of the actress started at a young age of 12 when she performed in a stage production a Christmas opera titled 'Amahl and the Night Visitors'. The actress continued her performances in the theatre as well as landing roles that were on small screens and on the large screen. Today, McCormack is recognized as one of the most flexible actors in Hollywood. McCormack is married to producer and director Michael Morris and has three children.
