Lizzo

LizzoLizzo was a member of a rock group called Prog that she sang in and occasionally played the flute. Her family relocated to Denver and she was alone, trying to make Houston her new home. Lizzo lived in her car often sleeping on the flooring in her recording studio and showered in the gym. When Lizzo was just 20, her father died. They were close and it was a very devastating loss. After the death of her father, Lizzo quit the rock group prog. After a brief visit to Denver, Lizzo moved to Minneapolis in 2011 upon the request of a good friend. Then she became part of Minneapolis' music scene. She was a member of the girl groups Chalice and GRRRL PRTY. Her debut album Lizzobangers was released in 2013 on an independent label.
