Emily VanCamp is a Canadian actor from Canada. Emily VanCamp became famous for working alongside Greg Berlanti. He cast her in ABC Drama Brothers & Sisters and The WB drama Everwood between 2007 and 2010. VanCamp gained more fame by playing the part of Emily Thorne, the main role in ABC's Revenge series from 2011 until the year 2015. VanCamp was a star of the Fox the medical thriller The Resident between 2018 and 2021. VanCamp also plays Sharon Carter/ Agent 13/ Power Broker in The Marvel Cinematic Universe. This comprises the Marvel movies Captain America The Winter Soldier and Captain America Civil War as and those Disney+ shows The Falcon and the Winter Soldier and The What If ...? in 2021. VanCamp began her journey into acting in 1998 after she met her sister Katie at the Ladies Room set. Following the discovery of an agent, as well as appearing in several advertisements, she began to attend lessons on acting in the evenings.
